國防部發言人羅紹和說，福建共軍地面部隊自11日到13日在圍頭外海約14浬處，實施一般性火砲射擊，這是共軍年度計畫性訓練任務，國軍都已掌握。
據中國海事局網站消息，中國人民解放軍11日到13日15時至17時，在台灣海峽以下四點連線範圍內24-42.17N/118-43.78E、24-44.78N/118-47.67E、24-40.95N/118-49.07E、24-38.13N/118-45.00E實彈射擊軍事演習，射擊高度8000公尺，禁止駛入。
